Day 3 Level 1
Another sore one today. I managed to push through my third day on level one, but most of the lower body moves left me following Anita rather than Natalie (yea, we’re all on a first name basis). My upper body has calmed down a bit but MAN are my legs still sore.
I decided that I’ll probably do ten days of each level, partly because that seems like a good split, and partly because I’m a bit anal and that works out nice and even.
On a side note; I am already sick of Jillian. I’m thinking about just hitting mute and following along sans her comments… Despite her annoying commentary, you can’t deny the chick knows what she’s doing.
Day 2 Level 1
Ouch. Jillian sure did kick my ass yesterday, leaving me with a sore body today. But I pushed through and completed day two. Was I in pain? Hell yes, but I’m glad I did it. Hopefully tomorrow will bring with it an easing of my aches and pains, but I’m not holding my breath.
But you know what, I miss this pain. I miss the soreness that comes from working out muscles you forgot you have. It hurts so good.
Intro and Day 1
Hey all! My name is Sam and I joined this challenge because it’s just what I need to step it up a notch and supplement my running with a little something-something. I’m looking forward to seeing some kick-a results!
I just completed my first day of the Shred (I know, I’m a little behind) and it went great! I stuck to level one for the time being. Any suggestions on when is usually a good time to kick it up to level two, or is it more just a personal, when you feel ready type of thing?
