Here&amp;#8217;s the thing:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A few weeks ago, Tumblr blacked out and the queue feature was subsequently corrupted. So, all posts that had been queued for posting had disappeared. We still have over 200+ posts that we saved as drafts from both this cycle of the Shred, and the December cycle.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In regards to December after pictures, several but not all participants submitted After photos. And many haven&amp;#8217;t even submitted Before pictures.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Since I am just one person, it&amp;#8217;ll be somewhat difficult to post everything that&amp;#8217;s been drafted, but I will try:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;If you participated in this challenge and completed the 30 Day Shred in &lt;strong&gt;December&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;a href="http://fitblrsdo30ds.tumblr.com/decresults"&gt;please visit this page&lt;/a&gt; and check to see if your &amp;#8220;After&amp;#8221; stats and pictures have been posted under your username. If they have not been&amp;#8212;please &lt;a href="http://fitblrsdo30ds.tumblr.com/submit"&gt;submit&lt;/a&gt; them and they will be updated so others can see past progress.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;If you are currently participating in the January 30DS Challenge (&lt;a href="http://fitblrsdo30ds.tumblr.com/janfitblrs"&gt;there are 17 of you listed&lt;/a&gt;), continue to submit any updates you would like to to the Challenge page. Once you have completed the 30DS, submit your &amp;#8220;After&amp;#8221; stats and pictures so that they may be posted.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;In regards to the December/January posts/stats/pictures that have already been submitted:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Best workout yet&lt;/strong&gt;. I hope I can say that everyday, because apparently I keep feeling that way. Great sign.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I feel &lt;em&gt;so&lt;/em&gt; fantastic. &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I DID NOT STOP TODAY. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;(Well,  except for one time when I thought she said &amp;#8220;okay good&amp;#8221; as in next move  so I hurried to get up and was like, &amp;#8220;SHIT!&amp;#8221; haha)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I  definitely sweat some more. But it made me feel great because I know I  was working hard. That&amp;#8217;s my body&amp;#8217;s way of saying, &amp;#8220;You&amp;#8217;re doing it,  girl.&amp;#8221; My heart rate skyrocketed (in a healthy workout-y manner, of  course.) and it was saying, &amp;#8220;Keep up my pace!&amp;#8221; I was lovin it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I did more &amp;#8220;Natale&amp;#8221; squat thrusts today. Not all of them were, but more than half and it was soooo awesome.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There&amp;#8217;s my personal inspirational quote for the day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;OH! I forgot to mention. Today after taking me to Wegman&amp;#8217;s for sushi, my dad gave me his (&amp;#8220;not-yoga&amp;#8221;) mat and this &amp;#8216;&lt;em&gt;power tube&lt;/em&gt;&amp;#8217; thing. (That stretchy stringy thing&amp;#8230; Er&amp;#8230; Good terminology, eh?) It made my workout &lt;em&gt;soooo&lt;/em&gt; much better to have the mat. No fear of pain or whatnot, PLUS! I could  easily push it aside to use the floor without being like, &amp;#8220;Ewww gross  dusty rug thing!&amp;#8221; Haha.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I also took &lt;a href="http://strictlyrecreational.tumblr.com"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;strictlyrecreational&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&amp;#8217;s advice and used water bottles for hand weights. Thank you! It helped. No mess and I think it was a good weight for me.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And  before I forget, on that one ab move where you hold the weights up over  your chest and do a reverse crunch&amp;#8230; I had to pull and Anita forget  the weights on that. &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;But I don&amp;#8217;t consider it a failure&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;.  It was smart of me to do it that way instead, because I know I really  can&amp;#8217;t do it Natale style. And if I try to, all I&amp;#8217;m doing is awkwardly  wriggling about the mat, so it&amp;#8217;s definitely worth it to take it down a  notch so I&amp;#8217;m actually working something. I guarantee that was part of  the problem with my mat sliding.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Aaaaahhhh. Now to take  my shower and relax. Pretty much no homework this weekend, woohoo! But  I&amp;#8217;m going to post my protein shake recipe before I shower so I don&amp;#8217;t  forget again. :P Check it out if you&amp;#8217;re interested.&lt;/p&gt;

That was intense. But &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;it was easier than yesterday&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I don’t have much to say about it today, really. Because &lt;strong&gt;although I was physically able to actually do the squat thrusts, I kept slipping&lt;/strong&gt; for the following reasons:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Small area (my mom’s room in between the foot of her bed and the dresser since my electricity STILL doesn’t work)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;My hand weights are shampoo bottles, which, if you would notice, go in a &lt;em&gt;WET&lt;/em&gt; shower… And when I was doing some strength stuff some water leaked from  the cracks at the cap onto the floor. I was sure to stop clean up  immediately though.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I don’t have a yoga mat. So I use this rug my mom has in her room  that has a little bit of grip at the bottom… Umm… You should see me, I  grab the edges and hold on for dear life when I do squat thrusts. It’s  scary and pretty dangerous, I think. :S&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;Not to mention, when I do the ab moves… &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;My spine is a problem&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;.  First off, it juts out from my back, so unless I fold up a blanket and  put it underneath me during the crunches and whatnot, my spine grinds  against the floor. That cannot be good for my back. Also, on that one  move where you hold the weights above your chest and do a double crunch…  I keep slipping. Because of the crappy grip on the mat, but also the  blanket I fold up underneath me to cushion my back.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;need&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; a yoga mat. And some weights. Oh. My. God.&lt;/p&gt;

My breathing was also coordinated much better  with the moves. I know that in the beginning I kept doing the breathing  “backwards”… It definitely helps to do it the right way.&lt;/p&gt;

I managed to push through my third day on level one, but most of the lower body moves left me following Anita rather than Natalie (yea, we&amp;#8217;re all on a first name basis). My upper body has calmed down a bit but MAN are my legs still sore.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I decided that I&amp;#8217;ll probably do ten days of each level, partly because that seems like a good split, and partly because I&amp;#8217;m a bit anal and that works out nice and even.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On a side note; I am already sick of Jillian. I did it... </title><description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;*PANTPANTFAINT*&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I jumped into L2 today with my heavy shampoo bottle weights and followed Natale.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WOW.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; That was sooo intense. I am like, really afraid for L3. I was panting  so hard and I just had to stop for a water break. So much sweat&amp;#8230; Some  trembling&amp;#8230; Losing balance&amp;#8230; But I did it. I was able to do nearly all  the reps and nearly all of those were great and &lt;em&gt;good&lt;/em&gt; form. (Good, not perfect.)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am sitting here all sweaty and sore drinking my delicious protein shake (recipe later) and &lt;strong&gt;I feel fantastic&lt;/strong&gt;. Wow. I was walking past the mirror in my hallway and my legs looked pretty sexy, I think.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I  mean, for my 4th day, it&amp;#8217;s pretty sexy. Not perfect or anything, but I  can see an improvement. My makeup is all melted and my hair is a mess,  but hey. You look like a model after you&amp;#8217;re about to die. (I certainly  don&amp;#8217;t.) Also, my hallways are terribly lit too haah.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I didn&amp;#8217;t check my abs today but &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WOW I&amp;#8217;m so much more satisfied with L2 even if it kicks my ass hard&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; because the ab work was much better and I thought the moves were really fun. (Even if I had difficulty, at times)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Putting aside the fact that I could only do 10 of the pushups on my toes and the rest had to do them on my knees, it was too easy of a workout tonight.  Maybe it&amp;#8217;s bc I didn&amp;#8217;t go running this morning (thought I&amp;#8217;d give my calves a rest since I ran 2 days in a row). Thought about taking a peek at Level 2 buuuuutt I&amp;#8217;d rather go to sleep a little earlier, since I&amp;#8217;m going running tmw morning!&lt;/p&gt;

I managed to push through my third day on level one, but most of the lower body moves left me following Anita rather than Natalie (yea, we&amp;#8217;re all on a first name basis). My upper body has calmed down a bit but MAN are my legs still sore.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I decided that I&amp;#8217;ll probably do ten days of each level, partly because that seems like a good split, and partly because I&amp;#8217;m a bit anal and that works out nice and even.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I jumped into L2 today with my heavy shampoo bottle weights and followed Natale.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WOW.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; That was sooo intense. I am like, really afraid for L3. I was panting  so hard and I just had to stop for a water break. So much sweat&amp;#8230; Some  trembling&amp;#8230; Losing balance&amp;#8230; But I did it. I was able to do nearly all  the reps and nearly all of those were great and &lt;em&gt;good&lt;/em&gt; form. (Good, not perfect.)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am sitting here all sweaty and sore drinking my delicious protein shake (recipe later) and &lt;strong&gt;I feel fantastic&lt;/strong&gt;. Wow. I was walking past the mirror in my hallway and my legs looked pretty sexy, I think.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I  mean, for my 4th day, it&amp;#8217;s pretty sexy. Not perfect or anything, but I  can see an improvement. My makeup is all melted and my hair is a mess,  but hey. You look like a model after you&amp;#8217;re about to die. (I certainly  don&amp;#8217;t.) Also, my hallways are terribly lit too haah.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I didn&amp;#8217;t check my abs today but &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WOW I&amp;#8217;m so much more satisfied with L2 even if it kicks my ass hard&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; because the ab work was much better and I thought the moves were really fun. (Even if I had difficulty, at times)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Best workout yet&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;.  I am so proud of myself for going through with it. At some points I  felt like giving up (and my leg did give out for a second during the  squat thrusts, but not intentionally/out of laziness) but &lt;strong&gt;I never could bring myself to take a break&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

Trying to find objects to work up to the heavy shampoo bottles is  somewhat difficult haha. I think I will just try it with the heavy  shampoo bottles again and if I feel ready to move on I just might.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If I do end up moving on though&amp;#8230; I feel like it&amp;#8217;s kinda fast. I see  other people on L1 for a longer time&amp;#8230; Maybe it&amp;#8217;s because I&amp;#8217;m not  doing it to lose the weight? (I could actually gain, tbh.) Seems  plausible.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Buuut I&amp;#8217;m excited because it&amp;#8217;s D3 and I already see slight definition in my abs! Woohoo!&lt;/p&gt;
